Why Yoga Can't Help You To Lose Weight


Yoga reduces your metabolism, increasing your chances of gaining weight. Even you perform more strenuous yoga, it will not boost your metabolism. Even at the aerobic level, your heart rate is still below the minimal official aerobic recommendations.
